Grand Final results - two out of two!!

The Walkerville Under 14s and Under 12s both won their Grand Finals today at Hectorville. The Under 14s kicked a convincing 13.16.94 against Smithfield's 5.6.35, while the U12s won a thriller against Payneham. Daniel Tanczos kicked truly inside the final minute to get us home 6.5.41 over Payneham's 5.7.37. All boys played their best and got the result. Congratulations to the players, coaching staff, team managers, parents, grandparents and everyone else who came along to support the club. |
How old to play for Walkerville in 2012 Next season we will be putting together teams from U6 through to U15s and perhaps even an U16s. To play in certain ages you need to be born in the following calendar years: U15 - 1997 U16.5 - 1.7.95 to 31.12.96 - not confirmed if age group will be entered. Get InvolvedWJFC depends entirely on its parent volunteers, and we're always looking for new faces. Contact a committee member for more info. |
