Any NEMJFA player, umpire, official or person in any way associated with a NEMJFA club will, if found to be posting material pnline by an means whatsoever, that is viewed by the Executive to be detrimental to the NEMJFA or any other player, umpire or person in an way associated with the competition will immediately be suspended pending an official investigation by the Executive.
Clubs / Umpire Supervisor, we have now had 3 instances over the past 4 weeks where material has been posted on Facebook that threatens clear breaches of our "No Tolerance" policy. The next person that is suspected of posting this type of material will be required to appear before the Executive and will, under the considerable powers of the Executive, have imposed considerable sanctions.

Bullying has been defined as behaviour that is intentional, harmful, repetitive, and reflects an abuse of power. Bullying behaviours can be physical (hitting, kicking, pushing), verbal (teasing, threatening), or relational (social exclusion, harming friendships, spreading rumours).
