Recently the 2009 SAPSASA Football Carnival was held at West Beach and Walkerville Junior Football Club has many players represented - specifically in the East Adelaide Districts (the Div 2 undefeated Champions).  We also had players in the Southern Heights (Div 1 - Champions) and the North Adelaide Districts (Div 2).  Made up of mostly year 7 students, WJFC had players from both the U12s and U13s represented.
They included:  Harry Sytnyk, David Grant, George Osti, Vinnie Rocca, Campbell Wildman, Tom Vasileff, Olly Collison, Adam Gwinnett, Nick Wundke, Nick Palmer, Cam Pritchard, Harrison Wigg, James Duncan, Max Marslen, Harry Cudmore, Venkha Sivashanker, and Key Peterkin.
Congratulations also to Tom Vasileff for being Captain for East Adelaide and also leading goalkicker and awarded the best player for the district during the carnival.
